Allana was selected to be a part of Australia in the Rugby Sevens 2013, but later knee injuries forced her on the sidelines. It took a few years for Allana to get back in playing in the league. Allana's first rugby league match for women was in the year 2015. She was a good player against Queensland as well as representing New South Wales. Allana is also adding radio to her game, regularly appearing on the highest-rated Continuous Call Team on 2GB.
